Overview
Each payroll you submit includes files relevant to that payroll. You can manage all of the relevant files for your submitted payroll from each payroll details page. These files include:
- Paychecks
- Cash Requirements
- Payroll Journal
- Payroll Register
Payroll files
| Paychecks |
| A file containing all of the paychecks that can be printed. |
| Cash Requirements |
| A file containing total amount needed to cover expenses for the entire payroll, including all checks, EFT transactions, and deductions, withholdings, and liabilities. |
| Payroll Journal |
| A company and employee breakdown of the earnings, taxes, and deductions that make up the payroll currently under review by the admin. |
| Payroll Register |
| Year-to-date totals of payroll up until the payroll/check date being accessed. |
| File | Description |
| Paychecks | A file containing all of the paychecks that can be printed. |

Download paychecks
Click Payroll.
- Click View next to the submitted payroll you want to download paychecks for.
- Click Paychecks to download paychecks to your computer.
Download cash requirements
Click Payroll.
- Click View next to the submitted payroll you want to download cash requirements for.
- Click Cash Requirements to download cash requirements to your computer.
Download payroll journal
Click Payroll.
- Click View next to the submitted payroll you want to download the payroll journal for.
- Click Payroll Journal to download the payroll journal to your computer.
Download payroll register
Click Payroll.
- Click View next to the submitted payroll you want to download the payroll register for.
- Click Payroll Register to download the payroll register to your computer.
