Overview
Each When I Work has three slots available for admins who control payments and the life of the account. The admin is the only user role with access to the Account & Billing page.
Considerations
The Primary Contact can only be assigned to a user with admin level access.
Change primary contact
Hover over , then select General Settings.
- Click the drop-down for Primary Contact, then select the user.
NOTE: If you only have one Primary Contact listed, assign another admin. - Click Save.
