Clair On-Demand Pay gives you access to a portion of your earnings as soon as you clock out of work.
This article guides you through setting up Clair On-Demand Pay easily from the When I Work mobile apps.

Set up Clair
Set up Clair from the iOS or Android When I Work mobile apps. The setup tile is available on the Dashboard and My Hours pages.

If two workplaces you work for use Clair, you need to contact Clair directly to set up a profile with Clair.
- Log in to the When I Work mobile app.
- On the Dashboard, tap the Access a portion of your earnings before payday! tile.
- Tap Get Started.
- A web browser opens on your mobile device to guide you through Clair setup.
Access your earned wages
Once your Clair profile is set up and you have connected a qualifying bank account¹ to advance your funds to, you may use Clair On-Demand Pay right from the When I Work mobile app to seek an advance on your earnings. Your earnings are accessed from the Dashboard and My Hours.
- Log in to the When I Work mobile app.
- On the dashboard, tap the Clair tile.

¹A qualifying bank account is your bank account that consistently receives direct deposits for your payroll, with at least one paycheck deposited in the last 30 days.
