Currency Settings

The default currency setting in When I Work is set to USD ($). If you’re an admin or manager,  you can select a different currency in the General Settings.

Selecting a different currency

  1. Hover over , then select  General Settings.

  2. In the App Settings section, click the down arrow next to the Currency Symbol drop-down menu to select your preferred currency.
  3. Click the Save button in the top-right corner.

When I Work currently offers the following currency options:

  • British Pounds (£)
  • Canadian Dollars (CA$)
  • Chinese Yaun (CN¥)
  • Costa Rican Colóns (₡)
  • Danish Kroner (DKK)
  • Euros (€)
  • Indian Rupees (₹)
  • Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR)
  • Japanese Yen (¥)
  • Mexican Pesos (MX$)
  • Netherlands Antillean Guilders (ANG)
  • Norwegian Kroner (NOK)
  • Phillippine Pisos (PHP)
  • Qatari Rials (QAR)
  • Saudi Riyals (SAR)
  • South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Swedish Kronor (SEK)
  • Swiss Francs (CHF)
  • UAE Dirhams (AED)
  • US Dollar ($)
