Overview
Photo Clock In enables increased accountability by using the iOS Time Clock Terminal camera to capture the face of each user that clocks in and clocks out.
Considerations
- Photo Clock In is only available in the iOS Time Clock Terminal app. Make sure your app is up to date and your device is ready before enabling.
- You must have admin or manager level access to enable Photo Clock In.
- Photos are stored in the app on the iOS device and can be accessed by the admin, manager, and supervisor for review.
- If you have multiple iOS time clock terminals, you need to enable Photo Clock In on each device.
Enable Photo Clock In
Hover over , then select Attendance Settings.
- Click the toggle to enable Photo Clock In under the Attendance Settings of the account, then click Save in the top-right corner of the screen.

Set up the terminal
- From your iOS device, download the Time Clock Terminal app from the App Store.
- Open the app and tap Lock as Time Clock, then log in as a supervisor, manager, or admin.
- You may be prompted to Allow Camera Access to the app. Tap to confirm and proceed.

- If you belong to multiple workplaces, tap the workplace you need to set up a time clock terminal for in the list.
- You may be prompted to Allow Camera Access to the app. Tap to confirm and proceed.
- To restrict this terminal to a specific schedule, tap one of the schedule locations in the list. To allow this terminal to be used at any schedule location, tap Any Schedule (automatic).
- Your iOS device is locked and ready for users to clock in and out. If you need to unlock the terminal, tap in the top left corner of the screen and sign in as a Supervisor, Manager, or Admin user
Review Photo Clock in Photos
- On the iOS terminal, tap .

- Enter your login credential and a list of users is displayed.

- Tap on a user to view all of the photos taken for each associated clock-in.

- Tap on a photo to view details about the photo or delete the photo from the terminal.
