Processing absences allows you to review the absence or find coverage for the shift. You can also process absences from a Computer or Android device. Absence tracking can be used alongside the shift coverage options in the Scheduling settings. Note: When the start time of a shift has already passed, the absence can be reported, but the shift coverage options “Get the shift covered” will no longer appear. Filtering Requests

Use filtering on your Android device to locate and respond to Time Off Requests, Shift Requests, and Openshift Requests. You can also filter requests on iOS. Time Off Requests: Schedule Status Time off type User Shift Requests: Schedule Status Shift request type User OpenShift Requests: Schedule Status User Not seeing a request?
