When I Work is excited to announce new Point of Sale (POS) integrations to the product.
Square POS integration
When I Work now integrates with Square Point of Sale (POS) to increase operational efficiency through some automations. With this integration you can:
- Automatically create and update users in When I Work based on your users in Square POS.
- Review actual sales data from Square POS within your When I Work schedules.
- Clock in/clock out in Square POS against shifts created and edited in When I Work.
- Compare Square POS actual hours worked data to scheduled shifts in When I Work.

Clover POS integration
When I Work now integrates with Clover Point of Sale (POS) to increase operational efficiency through some automations. With this integration you can:
- Create and update user records in When I Work based on your users in Clover POS.
- Update the sales amount by day and by Schedule in When I Work based on sales data captured in Clover POS.
- Create and update shifts in Clover POS based on shifts created and modified in When I Work.
- Create and update clock in/clock out entries in When I Work based on clock ins for shifts in Clover POS.

Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS integration
When I Work now integrates with Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS to increase operational efficiency through some automations. With this integration you can:
- Automatically create and update users in When I Work based on your users in Lightspeed POS.
- Review actual sales data from Lightspeed POS within your When I Work schedules.
