Edit Time Off Balances for Users

You can make adjustments to a user’s time off balances in their user profile. This is helpful if you are migrating from a system where time off balances already existed or if you need to make manual updates of balances for specific users. If you need to check your balance, see Checking Your Time Off Balance. You must have attendance and/or Payroll to use time off accruals. Manage Time Off Accrual Policies

Time accrual policies enable your employees to earn time off based on how much they work. They can submit time off requests that are then automatically deducted from their earned time. From the Time Off Accrual section you can: Add new policies for time off accrual. Add caps to how many hours a user can accrue. Add milestones into your accrual policy. Filtering Requests

Use the filters on your iOS device to find the requests that need your attention. You can also filter requests on Android. If you can’t see a particular request, try resetting the filters. To filter shift requests: From the When I Work Staff Scheduling app, tap a request type under Requests Needing Approval.
